I think this is wicked cool although you mispelled a few words theres time for improvement. I like how you put the colors in they really help give of the meaning of the word.The focal would be the word outgoing.
The fonts you used and the way you colored them are extremely well done. It looks like 'creative' is spelled wrong, unless there's some purpose you left the first 'e' out for that I'm not getting. Outgoing is also one word.
Other than that, I would suggest mixing it up a bit more than just make a straight-up list that goes down the page.
